We've already discussed that people are a major component of the 7Ps of Marketing.  How you and your staff interact with your customers greatly influences your brand.  It's important to remember that every member of your team is a brand ambassador.

Every touch point with a customer is a fantastic opportunity to create a favorable impression in the mind of your customer.  Take the time to remind your team of this simple point and be sure to provide ongoing brand ambassador and customer service training.

Whenever and wherever a customer can see you means you are on show.  All your actions reflect your brand.
